Delivery & Returns

We want your order to reach you quickly, safely and at a fair price. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we deliver your order and how to return it if something isn’t quite right.

Delivery

We deliver across the UK mainland. Delivery charges and estimated timescales depend on the size of your items and are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

  • UK Standard Delivery — £5.50, typically delivered within 3–5 working days.
  • UK Large / Furniture Delivery — £29, typically delivered within 2–4 weeks for larger items.
  • Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £100.

Delivery timescales are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched. We will email you to confirm dispatch, and larger items may be booked in with you for a convenient delivery date.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched we’ll send you a confirmation email. If your order contains more than one item, please note that items may occasionally be sent separately.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you wish to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back to us.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and with any tags still attached. Please contact us at [email protected] before returning anything so we can guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned items, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. This will include the cost of standard delivery, though you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us unless they are faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us within 30 days and we’ll put it right with a repair, replacement or full refund. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Non-returnable items

Certain items, such as made-to-order, personalised or clearance products, may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty. Any exclusions will be made clear on the product page.
