This website is operated by Hide & Sleek (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are a homeware and furniture retailer based in the United Kingdom.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately before you complete your order. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error we will inform you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.

5. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver your order within the timescales stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Cancellations and returns

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us and return the goods to us in their original condition within 14 days. We will refund the price paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Certain items, such as made-to-order or personalised goods, may be excluded.

9. Faulty goods

If any product you receive is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
